Biking on Black Down

Free Biking event on Black Down in the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)

Biking on Black DownCome along on Saturday 28th September from 10.30 – 1pm and join the guided mountain bike ride over Black Down and Burrington Commons. The ride will start from The Swan at Rowberrow but riders must book on the event as there are limited places.

As well as finding out where you can ride on Black Down you will learn all about the Bronze Age burial mounds and World War II anti aircraft tumps and decoy town.  The ride will finish in time for Sunday lunch at The Swan or at least a well earned drink.
