LET’S GIVE THEM AN EXPERIENCE THEY’LL NEVER FORGET
The adventure people have on the Mendip Hills keeps the rural economy going and allows people to get up close and personal with special qualities of the area. We want to help local tourism businesses create experiences visitors will remember for a lifetime.
If you’re part of the ‘visitor economy’ on the Mendip Hills join other like-minded tourism businesses for this part-training and part-sharing session that will help you and the area we all love.
EXPERIENCE THE MENDIP HILLS Tourism Training.
At the session you’ll discover;

In previous work with tourism businesses you told us you wanted to see a better brand for the Mendip Hills and to look at ‘packages’ for visitors to do. We’ve been working hard over the last 18 months to build that brand; our visitor guide, website and social media now reflect our vision of ‘a wild land ready for adventure’. We helped the National Trust bring the South West Outdoor Festival to the Mendip Hills last year that has turned into the Top of the Gorge festival focusing on outdoor adventure. Among other projects we’ve completely overhauled the Mendip Way from signage up to national promotion of this important trail.
