Welcome to the first edition of ‘South West Woodland News’, a Forestry Commission newsletter for the South West Region. Here you will find short articles about our work both on the public forest estate and with private woodland owners, and our involvement in the woodland and forestry sector in the region. We hope to produce this newsletter two or three times a year and distribute it by email to woodland owners, managers and partners in the public, private and voluntary sector.
